Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to begin the return process.

Prepare for Collection

Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Schedule Pickup

We will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient collection time from your residence.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once the item arrives back at our workshop and passes inspection, we will process your refund minus any applicable collection fees within 7-10 business days.
