We exclusively use sustainably sourced solid hardwoods, such as oak, walnut, and reclaimed timber. Every piece is finished with eco-friendly oils and waxes to ensure durability and highlight the natural grain.
Do you offer custom sizes or bespoke designs?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders. If our standard dimensions do not fit your space, please contact our workshop team to discuss a bespoke design tailored to your specific requirements.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As each piece is handmade to order, our standard lead time is typically 4 to 8 weeks. This allows our craftsmen the time needed to ensure the highest quality finish for your furniture.
How is the furniture delivered?
We use a specialized two-man delivery service for all large items. They will deliver the furniture to your room of choice and remove all packaging materials for recycling.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All TRL Handmade Furniture pieces come with a 10-year structural guarantee, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
Can I request wood samples before purchasing?
Certainly. We offer a sample pack service where you can order small wood swatches in various finishes to help you make the perfect choice for your home decor.
